We are delighted that our delicious Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits have won a Great Taste Award. To create our award winning Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits we blend together medium coarse oatmeal, black treacle, syrup, and ginger, all of which are in our Yorkshire Parkin. These ingredients create a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.

In true Yorkshire fashion, these biscuits are seriously good dunked in a cup of tea!

Our Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits are presented in a counter top box with 12 packs of 2 biscuits inside, making them perfect for a counter top or to store in the cupboard at home.

This product has a minimum shelf life of 3 months, so there is plenty of time to enjoy these treats.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour (fortified with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, and Thiamin)(27%), Demerara Sugar, Oatmeal (14%), Margarine [(palm oil (RSPO Sourced) and rapeseed oil in various proportions from sustainable sources), Water, Salt, Emulsifier: E475, Colours: (E100, E160b), Flavourings], Partially Inverted Syrup, Egg, Black Treacle (2%), Ginger (1%), Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate (contains rice flour)
