Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy:

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail or DPD. If you require faster delivery, please add a note to your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Rates:

Delivery within 3-4 working days – £5.95 or Free with orders over £50 / any gift or hamper

Delivery next working day when ordered before midday - £6.95

Click and Collect from our bakery (HD6 4AH) – Free

Delivery to non-mainland locations includes a delivery supplement that we incur for delivering to this location.

Isle of Man (2-Day Delivery): £9.54

Northern Ireland (2-Day Delivery): £8.70

Republic of Ireland (2-Day Delivery): £11.97

Scottish Highlands (2-Day Delivery): £9.54

Scottish Islands (2-4 Day Delivery): £11.97

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Payment will be taken when your order is placed. If payment is refused by your card issuer, we cannot process the order.

 

Returns & Cancellations:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. Returns are accepted on non-personalised items within 14 days, provided they are in original condition. We cannot accept returns on personalised items unless there was an error on our part.

To cancel an order, contact us before it has been baked and dispatched for a full refund. For orders dispatched, you have 7 working days from delivery to cancel, excluding food and beverage items made to order.
