Terms and Conditions

At Lottie Shaw’s we bake our products to order so please allow a short time before receiving orders especially during our busy periods. We do all we can to meet customer needs, but all of our products on our website are offered for sale subject to availability. If we are unable to supply products in time then we will inform you as soon as we possible.

Please note from time to time we may need to substitute hamper and gift box items with items of equal or greater value where this is the case we will contact you to discuss. At this point you would of course be free to cancel your order.

If we have to change the recipe, the shape or the design of a product, we will contact you to offer you a suitable replacement item that would be of similar or even better quality at the same price. At this point you would of course be free to cancel your order. If you are not happy with the replacement item when it arrives, you can return it for a full refund.

Should you wish to order multiple items that require delivery to multiple addresses this will require separate orders to be placed, we only allow a one delivery address per order.

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. From time to time we may have to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
