To create our award winning Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits we blend together medium coarse oatmeal, black treacle, syrup, and ginger, all of which are in our Yorkshire Parkin. These ingredients create a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.

This Christmas themed gift tube contains 2 packs of 5 biscuits so they can be enjoyed over a period of time. In true Yorkshire fashion, these biscuits are seriously good dunked in a cup of tea!
